Stockholder Letters Info:
Follow the steps below using the downloadable links to produce your Stockholder Packets.
1. Sit down w/parents and make 2 lists:
b. Local businesses that you frequent (total: _____) (rewrite above letter)
c. Total number of letters needed: _____
2. Personalize each downloadable letter (a & b) with student’s name and sign once printed
4. Print out personalized letters onto blank letterhead(be careful of formatting!)
5. Each Stockholder Packet that goes out should include the following:
o Letter a or b personalized and personally signed
o SA/stamped Envelope(optional-self address envelope to your address)
6. Once you’ve received a stock donation, you should send the following
o Print out more blank letterhead from above for thank you letter
